Autonomic Consultation & Assessment
We offer thorough, unrushed evaluations with a specialist, addressing autonomic disorders and related conditions. At CAC, you will have direct access to your physician, telehealth visit options, and personalized coordination of complex care.
Telemedicine Consultation & Follow-Up
We understand that travel and geographical limitations can make in-person visits challenging. That's why we offer telemedicine consultations for both new and returning patients in Washington (WA), Oregon (OR), Idaho (ID), and Florida (FL). If you reside outside these states (including Canada or Mexico), you are welcome to schedule an in-person visit at our clinic.
Autonomic Testing
A comprehensive evaluation designed to assess your body's autonomic nervous system function.
(Quantitative Sudomotor Axon Reflex Test) / Sudomotor Testing
A validated and reproducible "sweat test" used to assess small fiber neuropathies.
24-Hour or 48-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (24h-ABPM)
This test involves wearing a small, portable device on your arm (validated WelchAllyn) for 24 hours or possibly 48 hours to continuously monitor blood pressure and heart rate. It is useful for diagnosing conditions such as recurrent syncope, orthostatic hypotension, and supine hypertension (high blood pressure while lying flat).
Consultations for Out-of-State & International Patients (Canada & Mexico)
Dr. Armitano holds medical licenses in WA, OR, ID, and FL. If you live outside these states, you are welcome to visit our clinic for an in-person consultation and autonomic testing, which can often be scheduled on the same day. After your evaluation, Dr. Armitano will provide a detailed diagnostic report and treatment plan for your local healthcare provider. He is also available to collaborate with your provider to ensure coordinated care.
